Just a quick one to thank everyone involved in the planning and running our open tournament this weekend; whether you were line running, score keeping, field crew or helped in any way, a big thank you in making it another success.

Good luck to all the archers competing in the Neath Archers Open Tournament on Sunday 21st June.
It promises to be a excellent day and the weather looks to be on our side.

As of next month we will be on one list and position will be based on handicap improvement.
So the better your score the more taken off your handicap you be able to see this after the next scores are in.
Congrats to Reg who is claiming a new county record as a result of his score on Sunday.

Just to let you all know that we have keys to the outside catering cabin so we can now do tea,coffee,cans of soft drink and some chocolate bars everything 50p
If you want to bring your own mug please do so if not you can have a disposable cup.

Just a reminder our tournament is just a month away (21st June) and we have called a meeting at Brncoch RFC on the 11th June at 7.30pm to finalise everything.
As mentioned we are still very short on help both the saturday evening and the sunday.
If you could spare anytime at all please let one of us know.
Also we are still collecting prizes for the raffle so if you do feel you could donate anything under £5 please do so.
As discussed at club meeting a club scoring night will be held on the following dates
National Rounds – doesn’t matter bow type or experience
Seniors will shoot under a handicap system so making it fairer for all
It will be the same round each month so hopefully you be able to see any improvement you are making.
Please can you let me know if you are interested beforehand and if you are taking part can you try and be early on those nights.
If you do not want to join us on the scoring you can still shoot as normal on these nights
